How does click & collect work?Updated 17 minutes ago

1. Browse & Order: Start by browsing for your favourite supplements online using the Sportsfuel website or app. Check to see if the product is in stock at your local store by clicking the "Check In-Store Availability" button in the "Click & Collect" box below the "Add to Cart" button:

In stock: Great! Your product is in stock. See how to place your order from step 2: 

Out of stock: Unfortunately, your product is out of stock at your local store. 

If you are set on that specific product, your best option is to is to order online and we will get it shipped ASAP. We do same day shipping if order placed before 3:45 pm, and free shipping for orders over $60. 

If you need a product urgently and/or are happy to learn about similar products, head in store and our friendly staff will help you find the best alternative to meet your goals. 

2. Placing the order: Add each product to your cart and go to checkout like you would on a regular online order. In checkout, under "Delivery Method" select "Pick Up" and select your preferred store to collect your order from. Continue to payment. All click and collect orders must be paid online when placing the order. 

3. Confirmation: After you make a click & collect order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note that the order confirmation email does not mean your order is ready to collect. You will receive a text message from one of our friendly staff when your order is ready for collection. Your 'order ready for collection' text will be sent approximately 1 hour after you place your order.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us right away!

4. Pick Up: You can pick up your order any time after receiving an ‘order ready for collection’ text (within store hours). Please have your order confirmation email with you upon collection.
