We work very closely with NZ Post to meet the Estimated Delivery Date provided to you at the time you place your order. There is a small number of orders that don’t meet these ETAs for different reasons. While not an ideal experience, there is no need to worry about a delivery being late – just keep an eye on your tracking link and contact the carrier for updates on the delivery if need be.
