If your SF Pro discounts have not been applied at cart or checkout level, first ensure you are signed in to your account and/or ensure that the email used at checkout is the same one linked to your SF Pro account. If you use Apple, Google or Shop pay, please double check that the email address is the same as on your SF Pro account. If you are signed in and the Pro discounts are still not showing, please contact our support team.
