If you decide you don't like the taste or effect of a product before using 5 scoops worth, we'll happily exchange it or issue store credit within 30 days of your purchase. 

How to Redeem 5 Scoop Guarantee:
Contact Sportsfuel via phone (0800 891 342) or email ([email protected]), providing:

• Your order number
• A clear request to use the 5-Scoop Guarantee
• Specify if you'd like store credit or a product exchange

Once you've completed these steps and received confirmation from our team, we'll send you a return label to send the product back to us, free of charge.

Please note: The replacement product will be sent only after we receive the open product back and verify that it meets the 5 Scoop criteria.

Terms and Conditions:

- The 5 Scoop Guarantee applies only to products with the "5 Scoop Guarantee" icon on the product page. If you are unsure about a product's eligibility, feel free to reach out to us for confirmation.

- The 5 Scoop Guarantee applies only to products purchased from Sportsfuel within 30 days or less from the date of purchase.

- This guarantee is not applicable for Clearance products.

- Please ensure that the product you wish to return meets the "5 Scoop" criteria, i.e., you haven't used more than 5 scoops of the product before requesting the return.

- We reserve the right to assess to validity of a guarantee request and may decline requests that we deem unreasonable or fraudulent.
